Greenstone Properties has an extensive history as a real estate design and development company. Greenstone was originally founded in Crested Butte and is now based in Boulder, Colorado. The Company specializes in finding, investing, and developing exceptional Colorado properties which combine the best practices of contemporary world design with historical architectures of the Rockies. Projects have included new single-family homes as well as extensive remodel and repurpose projects. This includes an extensive renovation that led to the creation of an award-winning Ski Lodge in Crested Butte. The Company continues to look for opportunities to purchase properties that can be rebuilt for better purpose and habitat.
