Clint has been passionate about real estate investment and development for the last 20 years. He founded Greenstone Properties, a real estate development company focused on luxury and resort properties. It successfully developed and operated a premier ski lodge, The Crested Butte Retreat. Clint selected the property and led all design, development, construction, and operations. Greenstone has also developed a number of luxury mountain homes. Clint brings his love for property assessment, design, and decoration to his role as a Real Estate Broker.
Clint holds a BS and MS in engineering. He was the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for Vodafone Italy, a mobile telecommunications company, where he was responsible for the planning, design, construction, and deployment of Italy’s second nationwide, wireless network. Clint also founded his own management consulting company in 2012, Teocalli Partners LLC, www.teocallipartners.com , an international advisory firm, providing technology consulting services to Fortune 100 firms.
While living in Italy, Clint met his wife, Katerina (Katya). Since then, they have become enamored with Mediterranean culture and architecture. Clint’s passions include traveling, biking, skiing, photography, and exploring new cultures.
Throughout his travels, Boulder always remained a strong connection. In 2013, Clint and Katya moved from Crested Butte back to Boulder. “Boulder provides us not only a home in a beautiful and unique town but also the energy and inspiration to run our real estate company. We feel truly fortunate to have such opportunities”.

Katerina (Katya) was born in a small town outside St. Petersburg, Russia at the same latitude as Anchorage, Alaska. The winters there are long and full of snow, perfect for winter activities. She grew up Nordic skiing, participating on Russia’s junior Nordic teams all through middle and high school. This led to acceptance at Gatchina Higher Pedagogical College, the coveted sports academy in St. Petersburg that has trained many professional athletes in Russia. It was there that Katya skied, swam and ran competitively, graduating with a degree in sports education and thus began her career as a Teacher of Sports and commitment to sports and fitness.
Katya then moved to Italy where she lived for seven years, falling in love with the culture, language and especially the food! Beside sports and fitness, her second passion is cooking and she has adopted Mediterranean cuisine as core to her family’s kitchen and basic approach to nutrition. In Italy Katya also met her future husband, Clint, an American working in Europe.
They moved to the US and landed in Crested Butte, Colorado for the natural beauty and to take advantage of real estate opportunities afforded by the pending sale of Crested Butte Mountain’s ski area. This was part of the origin of Greenstone Properties, which built and operated The Crested Butte Retreat, a boutique ski lodge, where Katya co-managed the lodge and conducted skiing and mountain trekking adventures for guests. She also worked and coached at the Crested Butte Nordic Center, a wonderful facility at 9,000 ft. with a beautiful network of groomed trails.
Integrating into life in the US, and especially Colorado, has been a great experience for Katya, where she has focused on bringing fitness training to people of all ages. Katya completed specific training at the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado and completed a range of national certifications through NASM as a personal trainer, sports nutritionist and corrective exercise specialist.
Katya’s personal approach is to use professional training coupled with the many outside wonders that Colorado provides for fitness and general happiness. Her passions include Nordic and alpine skiing, road bicycling, running, mountain trekking, cooking and international travel and culture.
